The Bid Opening was held on Monday, May 24, 2004
at 10:00 A.M. in the Corporate Yard Conference Room. Two (2) bids were received and evaluated. Inland
Water Works Supply Company is the lowest bidder for the piping and materials needed for the Pipeline
Replacement Project.
