Cn (STEWAaT EXHIBIT "C" ACCESS EASEMENT APN 0260-091-81 A strip of land 20.00, feet in width over a portion of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 15385 as shown by Map on file in Book 190 of Parcel Maps at Page 88 and 89 thereof, Records of San Bernardino County, California, the centerline of said 20.00 foot wide strip, being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the most southerly comer of said Parcel 2, said comer being on the easterly right-of-way line of Riverside Avenue as shown on said Parcel Map No. 15385; Thence North 13°27'13" West, along the westerly line of said Parcel 2 and said easterly right-of- way line, a distance of 241.29 feet; Thence departing said westerly line and said easterly right-of-way line North 76°32'47" East, a distance of 148.00 feet to a line parallel with and distant 148.00 feet easterly as measured at right angles to said westerly line and said easterly right-of-way line, said point being the TRITE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence North 13°27'13" West, along said parallel line, a distance of 134.17 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave southwesterly, having a radius of 100.00 feet; Thence northwesterly, along said curve having a radius of 100.00 feet, through a central angle of 90°00'00", an arc distance of 157.08 feet; Thence North 76°32'47" West, a distance of 48.00 feet to the westerly line of said Parcel 2 (also being said easterly right-of-way line) and the end of this centerline description. The sidelines of said strip of land shall be lengthened or shortened as to begin and end on the same lines as those for the centerline described herein. Contains 6,784.96 square feet, more or less.
