RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council: <br />(1) Dispense with competitive bidding procedures, as provided in Chapter 3.08 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code; and <br />(2) Award the purchase of four new Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptors to Bob Wondries <br />Ford for the Police Department in an amount not to exceed $90,453.97.
