Award of Bid for the purchase of four New Ford Crown Victoria Police <br />Interceptors to Wondries Ford, for the Police Department, in an amount <br />not to exceed $90,453.97 using VITEP Funds. No General Funds to be <br />expended <br />Motion supporting finding that the item is "late breaking" <br />"I move that the City Council find that the report submitted by the Colton Police <br />Department dated June 16, 2004 may be considered as a late breaking item requiring <br />immediate action. The information contained in the report was received by the City after <br />the publication and posting of the agenda and must be responded to before the next <br />regular City Council meeting. <br />Motion must pass by a 2/3 vote of the Council, if the full Council is not present, it must <br />be passed unanimously. <br />Motion adding item to the agenda: <br />"I move that the consideration of the report submitted by the Colton Police Department <br />dated June 16, 2004 be added to the agenda to be known as Item 2." <br />Motion to approve added item. <br />
