R-18-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 03-04, APPROPRIATING $60,000 FROM <br />PROPOSITION 40-PER CAPITA FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CDBG CHILD <br />CARE MODULAR PROJECT AT RECHE CANYON ELEMENTARY AND WILSON <br />ELEMENTARY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the street <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of these projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVED amending the budget for Fiscal Year 2003/2004 by appropriating additional fund <br />in the amount of $60,000 from Proposition 40 (reimbursable Per Capita Fund) to be used for <br />the construction of CIP Projects identified as Construction of CDBG Childcare Modular <br />Project - Reche Canyon Elementary-ECD Project No. 104-24118 ($40,000) and Wilson <br />Elementary-ECD Project No. 104-26118 ($20,000). <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 2nd DAY OF MARCH 2O04. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA BARRERA <br />City Clerk <br />DEIRDRE H.
