EXHIBIT A <br />Being a strip of land 10.00 feet in width for Public Utility Purposes over and across a <br />portion of that property described in Document No. 20010171098 as recorded on May 4, <br />2001, Records of San Bernardino County, State of California <br />More particularly described as follows: <br />A strip of Land 10.00 feet in width lying parallel to and north of the following described <br />line; <br />Commencing at the intersection of the north line of the south one-half of the northeast <br />one-quarter of Section 3 Township 2, South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian and <br />the centerline of Recbe Canyon Road said point being N. 87° 49'45" W. 357.79 feet <br />(Record 352.41 from the northeast corner of the south one-half of the northeast one- <br />quarter of said Section 3; <br />Thence S. 34° 03'45" E. (Record S. 83° 18'43" E.) along the centerline of Reche Canyon <br />Road 150.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; <br />"Thence S. 830 18'43" W. 910.76 feet along the southerly line of the property described <br />in said Document No. 20010171098 to the terminus of said strip of land. <br />The ends of the northerly line of said strip of land shall be lengthened or shortened to <br />terminate at the boundary line of the property as described in said Document No. <br />20010171098. <br />
