Vernon <br />Avenue 4) Olive Street 5) Johnston Street 6) Riverside Avenue and <br />7) Prado Lane. <br />DATE: <br />BACKGROUND: <br />May 3, 2004 <br />In closing out the 2003/2004 Fiscal Year the Public Works Department found that it holds <br />$112, 550.76 in cash from unexpended Traffic Congestion Relief Funds. This revenue source, <br />Traffic Relief Funds, must be expended prior to the fiscal year in which they were acquired. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Staff is proposing the following projects be funded by the remaining Traffic Relief Funds: <br />1) Guard Rail, at Pepper Avenue south of Randall Ave. $40,000.00 <br />and South La Cadena Drive. <br />2) Valley Boulevard, from La Cadena Drive to 9h Street $10,000.00 <br />Repair localized damage to the pavement. <br />3) Mt. Vernon Avenue, at Cooley Drive $15,000.00 <br />Repair localized damage to the pavement. <br />4) Olive Street, construct cross gutter at Rialto Avenue $ 6,000.00 <br />Eliminate low spot prone to flooding. <br />5) Johnston Street, west of Pennsylvania Avenue, $ 6,000.00 <br />construct missing curb, gutter and sidewalk. <br />6) Riverside Avenue, South of Agua Mansa Rd. $ 25,500.00 <br />rehabilitation of pavement. <br />7) Prado Lane, reconstruct cross gutter $ 10,000.00. <br />$112,500.00 <br />7/10/03 City Clerk's Office Cb <br />
