Description of nature, purpose and beneficiaries of project: The project is <br />the approval of the first Park Master Plan for the City of Colton. The Park Master <br />Plan provides a detailed conceptual design for each of the City's 12 parks. The <br />Park Master Plan will serve as a conceptual guide for future park improvements, <br />which will benefit the residents of the City of Colton. <br />5.
