R-124-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 04-05, TO INCLUDE COLTON BIKE LANE PROJECT (III -37). <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the Colton Bike Lane Project be budgeted for as follows: <br />To reflect change in Measure I funding: <br />1) Decrease account number 457-6400-6410-38990 by $155,000 and <br />increase <br />457-9165-6970-3890 by $155,000 <br />To show TEA21 funding: <br />2) Increase account number 225-5882 by $719,000 for TEA21 funding and <br />increase 225-8102-457 and 457-8101-225 by $719,000 <br />3) Increase account number 457-0165-6982-3890 by $719,000 <br />To show CMAQ funding: <br />4) Increase account number 225-5882 by$432,000 and increase 225-8102- <br />457 and 457-8101-225 by $432,000. <br />5) Increase account number 457-9165-6983-3890 by $432,000 <br />ATTEST: <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 2nd DAY OF NOVEMBER 2004. <br />DEIRDRE H.
