ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvement is exempt under CEQA Section 15311 — Construction, or <br />placement of minor structures accessory to (appurtenant to) existing commercial, industrial, or <br />institutional facilities. <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The Fire Training Tower Project has original funding of $236,485.00 on account number 100-6090- <br />6091-3890. To cover the cost differences, additional funding of $15,000 will be provided from <br />District 6 CIP (see attached resolution), and the Fire Department agreed to provide additional <br />$20,000 from California Joint Apprenticeship Committee (CAL-JAC) Grant.
