IS.1 IU -U4 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />3 AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure;` and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this <br />equipment rental account. . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the Equipment Rental Account 605-6150-8710-4910 be budgeted for <br />$67,000.00: <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 5t" DAY OF OCTOBER 2004. <br />DEIRDRE H.
