R-102-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 04-05, INCREASING THE BUDGET FOR THE AGUA MANSA ROAD <br />WIDENING & STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (PROJECT II-1)TO THE FISCAL <br />YEAR 2004/2005 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the Agua Mansa Road Widening & Street Improvements Project <br />budget be increased to $97,537. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 7t" DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA BARRERA, CMC <br />CITY CLERK <br />DEIRDRE H.
