Redevelopment Agency Report to Establish an Ad Hoc Committee for the Home Beautification Grant Program <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />None <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST — Gift Disclosure Requirements <br />N/A <br />CONSISTENCY WITH IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br />Section 4.5 of the Agency's Implementation Plan identifies single family rehabilitation as a <br />need. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Agency Board has the following options: <br />A. Establish an Ad Hoc Committee to review the current Home Beautification Grant <br />Program Guidelines; or, <br />B. Utilize the existing Agency process of establishing a committee or derivative of, <br />utilizing the Council Members from District 2 and 4 to represent the Rancho Mill <br />Project Area; or, <br />C.
