Raynor's re- <br />subdivision. The Project is located at the portion of Congress Street, between Fernando Street and <br />Florez Street. This site is being developed by Farzin Farah. <br />ANALYSIS/DLSCUSSION: <br />The Parcel Map has been reviewed for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and local <br />ordinances. All applied conditions have been addressed by the developer. An easement will be <br />dedicated for Utility purposes.
