assessments by three (3) percent in order to maintain the improvements within District 2. <br />This fiscal year's levy per EBU for LLMD 2 will increase from $122.48 to $126.15; the <br />increase will levy for FY 2003/2004 is 126.15. As the increase does not exceed the <br />adjusted Maximum Allowable Assessment it may be applied without additional property <br />owner balloting.
