These items will be brought back before the Agency as the need arises. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this item. <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST — Gift Disclosure Requirements <br />Not applicable for this item. <br />CONSISTENCY WITH IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br />Adopting an annual budget is consistent with Section 33606 of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
