DAP -000-467 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2078 WEST VALLEY BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, Babcock & Brown Storage Specialists filed application (File No. <br />DAP -000-467) requesting approval of a text amendment to the City of Colton Municipal Code <br />to provide for parallel parking and a parking ratio for mini -warehouse facilities ("Application") <br />for property located at 2078 West Valley Boulevard (Assessor Parcel No. 0254-151-04, 05, <br />and 06-0000) in the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino ("Subject Site"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Application was reviewed, studied, and found to comply with <br />the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") as more fully described below; <br />WHEREAS, on October 25, 2005, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Colton ("Planning Commission") conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application <br />at which time all persons wishing to testify in connection with the Application were heard and <br />the Application was fully studied; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission adopted a Resolution recommending <br />approval of this Application to the City Council; <br />WHEREAS, on _, 2005, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />("City Council") conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application at which time all <br />persons wishing to testify in connection with the Application were heard and the Application <br />was fully examined; and <br />WHEREAS, all other legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution <br />have occurred; <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Based on the entire record before the City Council, all written <br />and oral evidence presented to the City Council, and the findings set forth in this Ordinance, <br />the City Council of the City of Colton hereby amends the City of Colton Municipal Code as <br />follows: <br />Amendment to Section 18.22.120(A) of the City's Municipal Code.
