The City hereby adopts, by way of this Ordinance, the attached <br />new Rate, amended Rates, and increased charge to be charged to various existing customers <br />for the services and facilities furnished by the electric energy enterprise within the Utility. Said <br />new Rate, amended Rates, and increased charge are set forth in the attached Exhibit A — New <br />and Amended Electric Energy Rates and Charges for the Colton Electric Utility, which is <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTION 4. The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk shall attest <br />thereto, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force on the date of its adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 201" day of December, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
