Tract 16249 and the assigning of new assessor parcel numbers by the County of San <br />Bernardino Assessor, the assessment number for each lot, as shown in Exhibit `A' will be <br />the same as each lot's assessor parcel number. <br />In compliance with the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972, Part 2 of Division 15 of the <br />Streets and Highways Code of California, the City Council formed Landscape and Lighting <br />Maintenance Assessment District No. 2 in 2003. The corresponding Preliminary Engineer's <br />Report for the annexation of Tract 16289 and 16249 will annex these tracts into a new zone <br />(Zone 2) within the existing LLMD 2; the Preliminary Engineer's Report is available at the <br />City Clerk's Office as well as the existing Engineer's Report for LLMD 2. Owners of both of <br />these tracts will be mailed ballots no later than January 2, 2006.
