R-04-05 <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RESOLUTION TO GRANT ANOTHER <br />DESIGNATED PERIOD FOR TWO YEARS ADDITIONAL SERVICE CREDIT FOR AN <br />ELIGIBLE MISCELLANEOUS MEMBER <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is a contracting Public Agency of the Public <br />Employees' Retirement System; and <br />WHEREAS, said Public Agency desires to provide another designated period for Two Years of <br />Additional Service Credit, Government Code Section 20903 and 7507, based on contract amendment included <br />in said contract that provided for Section 20903, Two Years Additional Service Credit, for an eligible <br />Miscellaneous Member; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said City Council does seek to add another <br />designated period and does hereby authorize this Resolution, indicating a desire to add a designated period <br />from February 2, 2005 to May 2, 2005 for an eligible local Miscellaneous Member in the following position: <br />MISCELLANEOUS MEMBER: <br />Wastewater Utilities Manager — Water and Wastewater Department <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this I` day of February, 2005. <br />ATTEST <br />CAROLINA P.
