Likewise, there will be no fiscal or budget impact under the Gas Sales Agreements until <br />Acquisition No. 1 is approved, which is expected to occur on March 17, 2005. A budget <br />amendment will be included with the approval package at that time. It should be noted that Colton <br />has reduced its nomination from 3,500 mmbtu per day to 1,000 mmbtu per day after further <br />discussions with bond counsel.
