Second Reading <br />(2) Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of Ordinance considering an <br />Amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map to Re -designate Property from Limited <br />Commercial to General Commercial and an Amendment to the City of Colton Official <br />Zoning Map to Rezone Property from C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) to C-2 (General <br />Commercial) for Property Located at 801 North Rancho Avenue (File Index Number <br />DAP -000-335).
