NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF THE 2005-2009 REDEVELOPMENT IMPLEMENTATION PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton (the "Agency") will hold a PUBLIC HEARING pertaining to the adoption of the 2005 — 2009 Redevelopment Implementation Pian (the `Implementation Plan") for the Downtown Redevelopment Project No. 1, Downtown Redevelopment Project No. 2, Cooley Ranch, Project No. 4, Santa Ana River Redevelopment Project, West Valley Redevelopment Project, Mt. Vernon Corridor Redevelopment Project and the Rancho/Mill Redevelopment Project. The public hearing will be held at the following date, time and place: Date: February 15, 2005 Time: 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible Place: Colton City Hall, Council Chambers, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton The purpose of the public hearing is to review the pt ,posed Implementation Plan and to receive input from the public regarding the Implementation Plan. The public is encouraged to attend this public hearing to provide input concerning the proposed Implementation Plan. A copy of the Implementation Plan will be available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk located in the Colton City Hall during regular business hours. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if you need special assistance to participate in this City meeting, please contact the City Clerk at (909) 370- 5032. Notification at least three (3) working days prior to the public hearing will assist City staff in assuring that reasonable arrangement,, can be made to provide access to the meeting.
