Prior to rendering a decision in any proceeding involving a license, permit, contract or <br />other entitlement pending before the city council, any council member who has received been <br />promised a gift or gifts aggregating $50.00 or more in value within the preceding twelve <br />months from a party or participant in the proceeding shall disclose that fact either orally or in <br />writing during open session. This disclosure shall be made part of the official public record of <br />the proceeding, either as part of the minutes of the meeting or as a separate writing filed with <br />the city. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Presentation - Business Spotlight - Carson Industries, LLC <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />$5 Million Loan <br />(1) TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER THE CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING FROM <br />JUNE 21, 2005, THE QUESTION OF WHETHER THE CITY SHOULD APPROVE THE <br />ISSUANCE BY THE COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY OF ITS 2005 TAXABLE <br />LEASE REVENUE NOTE IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED <br />$5,000,000 PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE ARTICLE 4 (COMMENCING <br />WITH SECTION 6584) OF CHAPTER 5 OF DIVISION 7 OF TITLE 1 OF THE <br />GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
