Vernon and Colton ,1X C. <br />• Complete title searches. <br />• Last right to redeem and notices are published. <br />The Chapter 8 process takes approximately six to nine months. At this time staff will return to <br />the Agency Board with a purchase price and will request approval to purchase the property. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />Property will be purchased for past due taxes, penalties and interest. The exact amount will be <br />determined during the Chapter 8 process, but is currently $733.27. This will paid out of Low - <br />Mod Housing, account number 898-9000-9300-2530. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />A Phase I Environmental Assessment was conducted by Geomatrix on November 20, 2001 on <br />various parcels at the northwest corner of Mt. Vernon and Colton Ave. Due to past uses on <br />some of the parcels, a Phase II was conducted by Geomatrix on April 18, 2005. Test results <br />indicate the property is suitable for residential reuse. <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST — Gift Disclosure Requirements <br />NA <br />CONSISTENCY WITH IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br />Approval of this Resolution is consistent with section 3.8.5, objective 1(a), of the 2005-2009 <br />Implementation Plan, to revitalize the Mt. Vernon Project Area by removing economic <br />impediments and to assemble the properties at the northwest corner of Mt.
