Joint Public Hearing with Colton Public Financing Authority (CPFA) <br />(3) TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER THE QUESTION OF WHETHER THE CITY <br />SHOULD APPROVE THE ISSUANCE BY THE COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING <br />AUTHORITY OF ITS 2005 TAXABLE LEASE REVENUE NOTE IN THE PRINCIPAL <br />AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED $8,000,000 PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE <br />ARTICLE 4 (COMMENCING WITH SECTION 6584) OF CHAPTER 5 OF DIVISION 7 OF <br />TITLE 1 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. THE <br />PROCEEDS OF THE BONDS, IF ANY ARE ISSUED, WILL BE ALLOCATED FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF IMPROVING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF THE CITY FOR USE IN <br />CONNECTION WITH A RECREATIONAL FACILITY. <br />Mayor Announces the Public Hearing Open. <br />Matter to be Continued to June 21, 2005. <br />MOTION <br />ORDINANCES: <br />SECOND <br />(4) Waive Full Reading and Pass an Urgency Ordinance of the City Council of the City of <br />Colton Amending Chapters 6.32 and 15.16 of the Colton Municipal Code Regarding the <br />Regulation of Fireworks, URGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 0-09-05. <br />(5) Waive Full Reading and Pass First Reading of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City <br />of Colton Amending Chapters 6.32 and 15.16 of the Colton Municipal Code Regarding the <br />Regulation of Fireworks, ORDINANCE NO. 0-10-05. <br />Waive Full Reading and Pass First Reading of an Ordinance of the City of Colton, <br />California, Approving Entering into the Southern California Public Power Authority Natural <br />Gas Project Gas Sales Agreement as a Project "A" Participant; and Approve and Adopt a <br />Resolution, ORDINANCE NO. 0-11 -05 and RESOLUTION NO.
