Joint Public Hearing with Colton Public Financing Authority (CPFA) (3) TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER THE QUESTION OF WHETHER THE CITY SHOULD APPROVE THE ISSUANCE BY THE COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY OF ITS 2005 TAXABLE LEASE REVENUE NOTE IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED $8,000,000 PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE ARTICLE 4 (COMMENCING WITH SECTION 6584) OF CHAPTER 5 OF DIVISION 7 OF TITLE 1 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. THE PROCEEDS OF THE BONDS, IF ANY ARE ISSUED, WILL BE ALLOCATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING CERTAIN PROPERTY OF THE CITY FOR USE IN CONNECTION WITH A RECREATIONAL FACILITY. (5) Waive Full Reading and Pass First Reading of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Colton Amending Chapters 6.32 and 15.16 of the Colton Municipal Code Regarding the Regulation of Fireworks, ORDINANCE NO. 0-10-05. Waive Full Reading and Pass First Reading of an Ordinance of the City of Colton, California, Approving Entering into the Southern California Public Power Authority Natural Gas Project Gas Sales Agreement as a Project "A" Participant; and Approve and Adopt a Resolution, ORDINANCE NO. 0-11 -05 and RESOLUTION NO. R-60-05.
