City Council Meeting of June 7, 2005 <br />CDBG Agreements <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST — Gift Disclosure Requirements <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve the Three Year Cooperation Agreement with the <br />County of San Bernardino for the Urban County CDBG Program for fiscal years 2006-2007, 2007- <br />2008, and 2008-2009; authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; adopt <br />and execute the attached Joint Resolution; and approve the Three Year Cooperation Agreement <br />for the HOME Investment Partnership Program to participate as a HOME Consortium Member <br />with the County of San Bernardino for Federal Fiscal years starting October 1, 2005 and ending <br />September 30, 2008, and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the <br />City; adopt and execute the attached Resolution. <br />DRZ/ALS/wm <br />Attachments: Joint Resolution for CDBG funds <br />Three Year Agreement for CDBG (6 copies) <br />County Board of Supervisors Letter <br />Benefits of Participating in County CDBG Program (1 page) <br />Resolution for HOME Consortium Agreement <br />Three Year Agreement for HOME Program (5 copies) <br />List of the County's HOME Program (2 pages) <br />Prepared by: Andres L.
