installation of irrigation lines and landscape treatment on the median along Ashley Way and on the <br />gap (dirt) between the right-of-way of 1-215 freeway and Ashley Way. Majority of the <br />improvements were constructed under EDA Project #07-01-05132 — Cooley Ranch Street <br />Improvement and Rehabilitation Project. <br />RCB and Sons, Inc. completed the project satisfactorily, including the ninety (90) day plant <br />maintenance and establishment period, in the total amount of $191,086. The amount was reduced <br />due to the changes in planting materials as requested by the City.
