ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />Preliminary Environmental Study (PES Form) has been submitted to Caltrans for review and <br />approval. <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST: <br />Exact Business Name: Fraco Enterprises Inc. <br />President or equal: Maria Fraser, Principal <br />Contact or representative: Maria Fraser <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The project has total funding of $500,000 with the following breakdown: $400,000 — CMAQ Grant <br />Funds and $100,000 — City Share. The City's share is budgeted in Measure I funds available in <br />account number 457-6606-6400-3890; this account is currently issued to District 5 CIP, an ongoing <br />project.
