ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are exempt under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 <br />(Existing Facilities). <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST: <br />None <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The funding for both Phase W and Phase V of the Slurry Seal Project is depicted in the City's <br />Measure I Five Year Plan, approved by Council on December 15, 2004. According to the Measure <br />I Five Year Plan $300,000 is available for Phase W and $234,176 is available for Phase V. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council: <br />1. Approve resolution increasing the CIP budget by $534,176 for Fiscal Year 2004/2005 <br />budgeting, Slurry Seal Project Phase IV in account 450-0519-6970-3890 and Phase V in <br />account number 450-0520-6970-3890. <br />2.
