The Project is <br />located at the southeast comer of Dark Canyon Road and Three Mountain Ranch Road. This site is <br />being developed by Jose Castaneda. <br />ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION: <br />The Parcel Map has been reviewed for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and local <br />ordinances. All applicable conditions of approval have been addressed by the developer. A portion <br />of the street will be dedicated for right-of-way purposes.
