R-16-05 <br />2 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />3 APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR COLTON-SAN <br />4 BERNARDINO BIKEWAY PROJECT, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br />TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT, AND BUDGETING THE AWARDED AMOUNT. <br />5 <br />6 WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly <br />7 <br />organized and existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State <br />8 <br />of California ("City'); <br />9 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to <br />10 <br />improving the street infrastructure; and <br />11 <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of <br />12 <br />these projects. <br />13 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />14 <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: that the Program <br />15 <br />Supplement Agreement No. 004-M for Colton -San Bernardino Bikeway <br />Project, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by <br />reference, is hereby approved <br />16 <br />and the City Manager to sign the <br />Agreement and any future Supplement Agreement not substantively <br />17 <br />inconsistent with this agreement for the Project. Additionally, the City <br />Council of the City of Colton approves the City to go forward and budget <br />18 <br />an additional $255,000 for the Project as follows: <br />19 <br />• Increase account 457-8101 by $255,000, <br />• Increase account 225-5882 by $255,000 and <br />20 <br />. Increase account 457-9165-6951-3890 by $255,000. <br />21 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 15' DAY OF <br />22 <br />MARCH 2005. <br />23 <br />DEIRDRE H.
