The City of Colton Hazard Mitigation Plan is a comprehensive description <br />of the jurisdiction's commitment to reduce or eliminate the impacts of <br />disasters. This Plan was developed in partnership with the San Bernardino <br />County Operational Area Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan. The <br />Plan is coordinated and maintained by the City of Colton but is the <br />cuimination of input and recommendations from our jurisdiction and from <br />numerous stakeholders from the public, private businesses, and <br />organizations. <br />In adopting this Plan, the City of Colton agrees to comply with all <br />applicable state and federal statutes and regulations and will update the <br />plan at least every five years. The Plan may be amended to reflect new or <br />revised state and federal statutes and regulations. Future amendments <br />will also reflect changes to the City of Colton's organization and policy as <br />appropriate. <br />�� , as <br />do hereby formally adopt this Hazard <br />day in the month of <br />year 2005. <br />DEIRDRE H.
