maps drawn to scale, showing all Cable System equipment installed and in place in Public Ways <br />within the Service Area. <br />Grantee shall prepare and submit to the Franchising Authority in writing, at the time and in the <br />form reasonably prescribed by the Franchising Authority, reports not otherwise addressed in this <br />Franchise that may reasonably be required with respect to Grantee's compliance with the <br />provisions of this Franchise. The Franchising Authority will cooperate with Grantee and accept <br />otherwise ezisting reports containing subsfantially similar information to meet this requirement. <br />Grantee will not be required to conducl surveys or otherwise specially collect information in order <br />to prepare reports prescribed pursuant to this provision. <br />B. Communications with Reaulatorv Aaencies. Copies of all non-routine and material <br />communications between the Grantee and the FCC, or any other agency having jurisdiction in <br />respect to any matters affecting the cable wmmunications operalions authorized by this <br />Franchise must be submitted to the Franchising Authority within ten (10) days after the <br />Franchising Authoriry's written request. <br />C. Documents Reauired bv Reaulatorv Aoencies. Grantee musl maintain a file of all dowments that <br />are required by the FCC or other governmental agencies to be made available for public <br />inspection during normal business hours and upon reasonable advance notice. Grantee may <br />charge a reasonable fee for any copies of documents that may be requesled. <br />Q <br />E. ComDlaint ResoWtion Procedure. <br />5.3 Meet and Confer on Comoliance. Upon the Franchising Aulhority's request, the Franchising <br />Authority and Grantee will meet to review the performance of the Cable System. This review may <br />include consideration of the following: <br />A. The test results relating to Grantee's compliance with technical standards and <br />specifications. <br />B. Subscriber Complaints received by the Granlee. <br />C. The rypes and quality of services provided by Grantee. <br />D. The results of any opinion surveys that may be conducted by Grantor. <br />E. Reports submitted by Grantee or any other person that address Grantee's compliance <br />with the terms and conditions of this Franchise. <br />F.
