The facts set forth in the Recitals of this Resolution are true and <br />correct. <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of Colton hereby approves transfer of <br />67.5 acres from the County of San Bernardino's AMEZ expansion allocation to the City of Colton; <br />approves the City of Colton's expansion; and authorizes the expansion application to be <br />forwarded to the State of California Housing and Community Development Department. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 17`" day of May, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
