In <br />December 2004, the County offered to give Colton its expansion surplus to enable the <br />expansion of the AMEZ to include the property under consideration. In January, 2005 the <br />County and City met with the Governor's Chief Economic Development Advisor, David Crane, <br />who committed to expediting the State's approval of the application for expansion. <br />On April 14'", 2005, AMIGA adopted Resolution 2005-3, Exhibit "B", which approved the <br />expansion of the AMEZ.
