I RESOLUTION NO. R-140-05 <br />2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR <br />FISCAL YEARS COMMENCING JULY 1, 2005 AND ENDING JUNE 30, <br />2006 <br />5 <br />WHEREAS:, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Years <br />6 <br />commencing <br />July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006 was approved and adopted on June 21, 2005; <br />8 <br />and <br />9 <br />10 WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />11 ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />12 WHEREAS The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />13' activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />141 the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council <br />15 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />16 <br />17 SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2005-06 <br />18 Fiscal Year Budget, adjusting account 214-7000-7011-4910 by $80,010 and 214-5740 <br />19 by 30,000.
