1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. g-14 _05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006, TO INCLUDE THE FIRE STATION NO.1 REMODEL <br />PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />City's infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO <br />HEREBY RESOLVE that the Fire Station No. 1 Remodel be budgeted for in the following <br />manner: <br />• Increasing the available budget in account number 450-0610-6975-3890 by $60,000. <br />• Increase the Transfer Out account 250-8102-450 by $60,000 <br />• Increase the Transfer In account 450-8101-250 by $60,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 1St DAY OF NOVEMBER 2005. <br />ATTEST: DEIRDRE H.
