ITEM #25 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 69 2005 <br />TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: AMER JAKHER, P.E., CITY ENGINEER <br />SUBJECT: FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF TRACT MAP 15847 (COLLO <br />PROPERTIES, LOCATED AT THE TERMINUS OF PLACID <br />LANE, EAST OF RECHE CANYON ROAD — 16 LOTS) AND <br />AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE PERFORMANCE, LABOR <br />AND MATERIALS BONDS. <br />DATE: AUGUST 29, 2005 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Tract No. 15847 is located at the terminus of Placid Lane East of Reche Canyon Road. The <br />development consists of 16 single-family residential lots. This tract map was developed by Cambria <br />Properties. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />As part of the original approval, the City received labor and material, and faithful performance <br />bonds for the improvements of the above-mentioned tract. <br />All conditions of approval and offsite improvements have been completed. The Engineer of record <br />has installed the required survey monumentation and submitted the tie notes for Public Services <br />files. The Developer is requesting final acceptance of the infrastructure of this tract and to start the <br />one year maintenance period.
