The last consolidated salary resolution was approved by Council
on February 1, 2005. The detailed grade/step listing is not
included as an attachment; the listing outlines each position's five step pay grade. The detailed
grade/step listing is 77 pages long and in an effort to save paper, will be available on the HR
Share along with the job table for review.
FISCAL IMPACT: The financial impact of the consolidated salary resolution was discussed and
approved by the City Council as the changes occurred; adequate funds for the original decisions
were budgeted in the salary and benefit accounts of each affected department.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: None.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST — None.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval by the City Council to amend Resolution R-
06-05- approving the attached salary resolution consolidating/updating the salary ranges.
Attachment: Resolution (1)
REVIEW
City Attorney:
Finance Director:
City Manager: — -k---' OTHER:
