Absent was Council Member Garcia. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1609 <br />Power Sales Contract <br />City Attorney Edwards reported Ordinance No. 1609 is being presented for second <br />and final reading; this is the approval and authorization for the Power Sales <br />Contract with the Public Power Authority. Mr. Edwards stated the Council at their <br />meeting of October 22, did pass a motion waive full reading, so a motion for <br />adoption would be in order. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to adopt Ordinance <br />No. 1609. Unanimous vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1609 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A POWER SALES <br />CONTRACT BETWEEN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PUBLIC POWER AUTHORITY <br />AND THE CITY OF COLTON AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br />AND DELIVERY OF SAID AGREEMENT BY OFFICERS OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Hayes and unanimously passed, <br />Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 5:05 p.m. <br />HELEN A.
