City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no protests or objections had been received. City Manager Trevino reviewed the proposed uses for the 1981-82 Federal Revenue Sharing Funds, consisting of eleven departments/divisions and $179,407 for Capital Outlay and $793,367 for Capital Improvements, for a total of $972,774 in Revenue Sharing funds. Mr. Trevino said if Council concurs, it would be in order to approve Resolution No. 4123 outlining the various accounts and expenditures. Mayor Gonzales asked if there was anyone present that desired to speak in favor of or in opposition to this matter.
