Unanimous vote. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Revenue Sharing <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no protests <br />or objections had been received. <br />City Manager Trevino reviewed the proposed uses for the 1981-82 Federal Revenue <br />Sharing Funds, consisting of eleven departments/divisions and $179,407 for Capital <br />Outlay and $793,367 for Capital Improvements, for a total of $972,774 in Revenue <br />Sharing funds. Mr. Trevino said if Council concurs, it would be in order to <br />approve Resolution No. 4123 outlining the various accounts and expenditures. <br />Mayor Gonzales asked if there was anyone present that desired to speak in favor of <br />or in opposition to this matter. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, the Public Hearing was <br />terminated. Unanimous vote. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve Resolution <br />No. 4123.
