70 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING JULY 1, 1981 A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, at 1:00 p. m., Mayor Gonzales presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on June 29, 1981, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956. ROLL CALL: Council Members present were Cisneros, Garcia, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Trevino, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. Absent were Council Members Hayes and Rehrer. BUDGET: Introduction of Resoltuion No. 4124 by Mayor Gonzales. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Resolu- tion No. 4124. Unanimous vote of those present. RESOLUTION NO. 4124 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXPEND FUNDS AFTER JULY 1, 2982, TO CONTINUE NORMAL CITY OPERATIONS PENDING ADOPTION OF THE BUDGET FOR THE NEW FISCAL YEAR. ADJOURNMENT: On motion of Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 1:08 p. m. HELEN A. RAMOS, CMC City Clerk COUNCIL MEETING JULY 7, 1981 A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer. CONSENT CALENDAR: Minutes June 16, June 23, and July 1, 1981.
