ADJOURNED COUNCIL MEETING DECEMBER 29, 1982 In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 5:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Huntoon presiding. ROLL CALL: Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Huntoon. Also present were City Manager Elliott and City Clerk Ramos. Absent was City Attorney Edwards. Ordinance No. 1632 Second Reading City Manager Elliott introduced Ordinance No. 1632 for Second Reading, reading it as to number and title only: ORDINANCE NO. 1632 - ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE Second Reading—T—REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE SANTA ANA RIVER REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1632. Unanimous vote. Redevelopment Project Res. No. 4270 City Manager Elliott presented Resolution No. 4270 for Council's consideration and approval, authorizing and approving the issuance of a Mortgage Revenue Note of 1982, No. 1. to finance a portion of the Mediterrania Business Center Project. Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve Resolution No. 4270. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. 4270 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON APPROV- ING THE ISSUANCE OF A $2,050,000 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON MORTGAGE REVENUE NOTE OF 1982, NO. 1. Permits City Manager Elliott requested approval of an annual Dance Permit requested by Leste— Swalley on behalf of the American Legion Post 155 for 1983. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve annual Dance Permit for the American Legion Post 155 for 1983. Unanimous vote. CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:04 p. m., to discuss Meet and Confer Matters, and reconvened at 5:20 p. m., all Members present. ADJOURNMENT:
