<br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Continuance of the Public Hearing.
<br />Mayor Gonzales read a Mailgram received from Harry L. Keiffer, President of A & K
<br />Developments, Inc., requesting that the Public Hearing on the Appeal be continued
<br />to the next regular Council Meeting, Tuesday, February 2, 1982.
<br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to continue the Public
<br />Hearing on Appeal filed by Mr. Harry L. Keiffer on Planning Commission Resolution
<br />No. 1010, to Tuesday, February 2, 1982. Unanimous vote.
<br />Street Maintenance
<br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open.
<br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Posting Notice to Property Owners and
<br />reported that no protests or objections had been received.
<br />Mr. John Hutton, Engineering Department, stated that Staff recommends approval of
<br />Resolution No. 4175, ordering the construction of alley paving between Rancho Avenue
<br />and Fourth Street, and "N" and "0" Streets.
<br />Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone present desired to speak on this matter. --
<br />Moved by Councilmsn Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, the Public Hearing was
<br />terminated. Unanimous vote.
<br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve Resolution
<br />No. 4175. Unanimous vote.
