Kennedy <br />Councilwoman Cisneros read in full a Resolution of Congratulations <br />for Donald G. Kennedy, Animal Control Officer with the Colton Police <br />Department, recognizing his award as Humane Officer of the Year <br />and his many contributions and services. <br />Proclamations <br />Kenneth L. Graham, Street Superintendent <br />Mayor Huntoon read in full a Proclamation honoring Kenneth L. Graham <br />upon his Retirement from the City of Colton and thanking him for 32 <br />years of faithful and dedicated service to the City. <br />Acting Police Chief Paul Connolly presented Mr. Graham with a Certi- <br />ficate of Appreciation from the Police Department, thanking him for <br />the many years of cooperation and assistance with the Department. <br />Mr. Graham thanked the Council Members, City Manager Elliott, Acting <br />Police Chief Connolly and the Police Department, and all of the other <br />departments and employees he had worked with during his employment <br />with the City. <br />American Heart Month, February 1983 <br />Councilwoman Garcia read in full a Proclamation declaring February <br />1983 as American Heart Month. <br />National Engineers Week, February 20 - 26, 1983 <br />Councilman Rios read in full a Proclamation declaring the week of <br />February 20 through 26, 1983, as National Engineers Week.
