Graham upon his Retirement from the City of Colton and thanking him for 32 years of faithful and dedicated service to the City. Acting Police Chief Paul Connolly presented Mr. Graham with a Certi- ficate of Appreciation from the Police Department, thanking him for the many years of cooperation and assistance with the Department.
