Discussion was held on the remodeling costs for the Command Center, <br />Page 302. Council requested more information and will look further <br />into this. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />There being no further business at this time, Mayor Huntoon adjourned <br />the meeting at 7:51 p. m., to meet for an Adjourned Regular Meeting on <br />Tuesday, June 12, 1984, at 5:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall. <br />HELEN A. RAMOS, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />Approved this 19th day of June, 1984. <br />ADJOURNED COUNCIL MEETING <br />June 12, 1984 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular <br />Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the <br />above given date at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, <br />Mayor Huntoon presiding. <br />ROUT. C A T.T. : <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor <br />Huntoon. Also present were City Manager Elliott, City Attorney <br />Edwards, City Clerk Ramos, Acting Finance Director Andengaard, <br />and Assistant Finance Director Young. Absent was Councilwoman <br />Garcia. <br />Lake Cadena Mobile Home Park: <br />City Manager Elliott reported on the power failure condition at <br />Lake Cadena Mobile Home Park, stating that a circuit had been blown <br />by two wires making contact with each other and that the electric <br />department has been working round the clock to get power restored, but <br />it is having difficulty because they really do not know the scope <br />of the problem. City Manager Elliott stated Stater Bros. has loan the <br />City the use of a 35 foot refrigerated van to house the food of the <br />residents. Mr. Elliott asked to be excused to return to Lake Cadena <br />and further asked Council to consider authorizing staff to review and <br />award the bid contract for the first phase of the work to be done at <br />the park. Mr. Elliott said the Electric Superintendent would review <br />the bids individually and look at price, as well as delivery, and <br />starting time of the project. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to <br />authorize staff to review the phase one bids for electrical work at <br />Lake Cadena Mobile Home Park and to proceed with the project as soon <br />possible. Unanimous vote. <br />REVENUE SHARING PUBLIC HEARING: <br />Mayor Huntoon stated this was the time and place fixed for Public <br />Hearing on the Proposed Use for Revenue Sharing Funds. <br />City Clerk Ramos reported this public hearing was properly noticed <br />in the newspaper and no one has submitted a protest. <br />Mayor Huntoon asked if there was anyone wishing to speak on this <br />matter, hearing none, the public hearing was terminated on motion <br />of Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, and unanimously <br />passed. <br />Budget <br />City Council: <br />JUN 12 1984 <br />
