Salaries - Councilwoman Garcia proposed leaving <br />the two temporary helpers at 4 hours each and hiring two addi- <br />tional part-time helpers. Council approved increasing the hours <br />of the two part-time helpers to 7 hours. <br />Page 614, Community Centers, Temp., Salaries - Discussed time spent away <br />from the Center by the Facility Coordinator at Luque and whether <br />an assistant was needed. Council approved retaining the assis- <br />tant. <br />City Council <br />(v Resolution No. 4482 <br />CY) City Attorney Edwards reported the only item remaining is that of an increase <br />for vehicle expense reimbursement to the Council. Mr. Edwards said the propo- <br />sal would increase the allowance from $100 to $200 per month for the use of <br />Q their car. <br />Councilwoman Garcia was opposed to approval of the increase. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve Resolution <br />No. 4482. Motion carried. Councilman Rehrer stated that to his recollection, Council <br />still has not addressed the proposal to hire additional part-time helpers through <br />the interest of the Park Bond.
