415 <br />Fleming Park <br />Mr. Ben Ochoa, General Manager of Buenavision Cable TV of Colton, <br />Inc., requested use of Fleming Park on Saturday, January 28, 1984, <br />at 10:00 a. m., to tape a special presentation honoring the Colton <br />High School Band, bestowing the band with a plaque as well as offi- <br />cially naming the band "The Pride of the Inland Empire". Mr. Ochoa <br />also advised that Buenavision Cable TV will soon be launching the <br />Disney Channel in the Colton area. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, ap- <br />proving and authorizing use of Fleming Park as requested and out- <br />lined. Unanimous vote. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:50 p. m., to discuss <br />Meet and Confer Matters, and reconvened at 9:24 p, m., all Members <br />present. <br />N Memorandum of Understanding <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4408 <br />City Attorney Edwards read in full Resolution No. 4408, concerning <br />Q adoption of Memorandum of Understanding between the City and San <br />Q Bernardino Public Employees Association, for employee benefits ef- <br />fective January 1, 1984. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to ap- <br />prove RESOLUTION NO. 4408. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4408 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FOR MEMBERS OF THE SAN BERNARDINO PUBLIC EMPLOY- <br />EES ASSOCIATION GENERAL UNIT, CITY OF COLTON, <br />EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1984. <br />Personnel <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4409 <br />City Attorney Edwards read in full Resolution No. 4409, establishing <br />a oiy and classification plan for the General Unit, Executive Unit and <br />Fire Division Chiefs, effective January 1, 1984. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to ap- <br />prove RESOLUTION NO. 4409.
