Personnel 1 <br />Affirmative Action Plan <br />Director of Personnel Peggy Madsen reported to the Council with regard <br />to the City's Affirmative Action Plan, which has been upgraded as ad- <br />vised by the County and H.U.D. Mrs. Madsen reviewed changes to the <br />Plan, as outlined on Page 8, with regard to percentages in female em- <br />ployment. <br />Mrs. Madsen concluded if Council concurs, Staff .would recommend the <br />Affirmative Action Plan for the City of Colton be adopted. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve <br />and adopt the Affirmative Action Plan for the City, as outlined by <br />Staff. RAMOS, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />City of Colton <br />I Approved this 6th day of November, 1984. <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 6, 1984 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, Mayor Huntoon presiding. <br />Mayor Huntoon led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Huntoon. Also <br />present were City Manager Elliott, City Attorney Edwards, and City <br />Clerk Ramos. Absent was Councilwoman Cisneros.
