Personnel 1 Affirmative Action Plan Director of Personnel Peggy Madsen reported to the Council with regard to the City's Affirmative Action Plan, which has been upgraded as ad- vised by the County and H.U.D. Mrs. Madsen reviewed changes to the Plan, as outlined on Page 8, with regard to percentages in female em- ployment. Mrs. Madsen concluded if Council concurs, Staff .would recommend the Affirmative Action Plan for the City of Colton be adopted. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve and adopt the Affirmative Action Plan for the City, as outlined by Staff. Unanimous vote. CLOSED SESSION: Th- city Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:42 p. m., to discuss Meet and Confer Matters, and reconvened at 9:03 p. m., all Members present. Mayor Huntoon led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer. ROLL CALL: Council Members present were Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Huntoon. Also present were City Manager Elliott, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. Absent was Councilwoman Cisneros. Councilman Rios enter- ed the Council Chambers at 7:35 p. m. CONSENT CALENDAR: Mayor Huntoon stated that Item No. 15, Cooperation Agreement with the County of San Bernardino and RESOLUTION NO. 4516, will be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered at a later date.
